MY Name is TSHIRING DORJEE SHERPA,(Tshering Dorje) I have been owning a company Himalayan Alpine Adventure Trekking & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. I have born in 1981 AD. in a very poor countryside of remote Village of Chheskam V.D.C.-2, Mamerku, Solukhumbu- Sagarmatha Zone of Nepal this is very near side to south west slope of world\'s highest Mountain Everest 8848Meters, Mt. Makalu 8463 Meters and Mt. Kanchanjunga 8586 Meters.
I have been living in Kathmandu with my wife, and one year old a very young son Master. Sonam Tenjing Sherpa. I have been reared up in the same village where I took birth till my teen age of 17 years. I have started my primary level education at village from the age of 7, and I have hardly got chance to enter the lower secondary level at Chheskam Secondary School, which is located one and half hours walking distance from my village. It was compulsion to shift to that school because there was no upper level grades from class four in my village till that time. And I am only one a lucky member of my family regarding formal or school education.
Though it was difficult, I was eagerly interested to earn higher level education and I made plan to shift in search for better places and decided to leave for Kathmandu the Capital city of Nepal in the 17 years of young age. In the early days in Kathmandu; I was unknowingly following some of my relatives and known individuals who were carefully assisting me for my livelihood. There was no any choice as I was intending to maintain my miserable present and uncertain future at that time. Only I had choiceless option to be involved in the tourism industry being a grass level worker that I started to work as the porter carrying heavy load hardly following the trekkers throughout the hills, mountains, planes, and gorges, ups and downs after and again. Always the paths were directed by seniors and guided by hopes. Though early days of my career in the tourism field was regardless, but my instinct was to achieve the higher status in this field especially in the field of mountaineering. What I intended and dared to commence made me of course perfect and success today. For these all my success I am grateful to all my seniors for their incomparable humanly cooperation for my individual upliftment to this place today.
 

I believe that we human beings are social therefore we every one must be sociable helping to each other establishing long term cooperation. Biasness and partiality does not construct the better relation to all for well being but, in-fact that fence the prosperity and creates destitute.
My aim is to help the people who are suffering from the very basic needs such as nutrition, health, education, and societal upliftment awareness in the village through different kind of campaigns organizing individually or through any organization. I my ideas is contribute anyhow, by constructing a strong bridge of cooperation and trust with the people of world through contribution of profession, business or participating in any organization. Because I am one of the witnesses and directly affected person of such miserable situation of village in the distance. I have been looking back my childhood, destitute people of village which have been leaving far behind the opportunity. There are numbers of villages inhabitation of all innocent population in Nepal who are not yet introduced what a life advancement with combination of science and technology due to the lack of education and proper assimilation of development. The people are waiting for the supports for their better education, health, employment, and business. But they are almost totally helpless to reach the possibility by their own effort. Therefore they need the support from outsiders. I have been thinking the way of offering them some better solution by constructing the tourism infrastructure make all the people participating and involving to same goal with high responsibility. By bringing all the people to equal distance for all opportunities to their access equality make them equal responsible as well.
Principally, my primary instinctive goal is to summit as far as possible all 8 thousand meters high mountains of world within 2017. And I want to share my experiences and ideas with all the mountaineering associates individual as well as organizations. You each and every one is free to keep your opinion and comment upon this my own ideas thank you.

We wanted to express our thanks to you and your team of guides, cooks and porters who made our holiday in the Himalayas so wonderful.
You were all very kind and so helpful. We were very lucky to be able to experience such a wonderful place and to be guided by such special people.
We will always remember our special holiday in Nepal.
